Title – Sr. HR Marketing Communications Specialist

Requirements:
Qualifications:
At least 5 years’ experience in recruitment marketing or deep expertise in candidate sourcing
Strong social media recruitment experience is imperative
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
Good negotiation skills plus experience in purchasing/managing localized budgets
Proficient at Microsoft Office, Adobe PC/Mac operating systems
Use of creative packages would be an advantage (Photoshop/InDesign/PowerPoint etc)
A clear understanding of employment branding and communication strategies
Being able to work with minimal supervision and to manage deadline-based project work
Possessing good editorial and writing skills as well as the ability to work on numerous projects at a time
Creative disposition and problem-solving ability
Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently and simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities and timelines
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills
