Required Skills & Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in SAP PP with strong expertise in ECC on HANA and/or S/4 HANA.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale SAP PP implementations in a multi-vendor environment.
• Deep knowledge of MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and integration points.
• Strong leadership and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Primary PP lead and client representative for the SAP implementation project .
• Oversee and guide vendor teams to ensure quality delivery and adherence to implementation standards.
• Provide strategic direction for SAP PP processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements .
• Review and approve functional designs, configurations, and integration points.
• Ensure seamless integration of PP with other modules (MM, SD, QM, WM) and external systems.
• Drive cutover planning, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Manage stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with governance, documentation, and audit requirements.
