Job Description

  • Digital Marketing
    • Manages assigned marketing related website updates including but not limited to the homepage, creation and management of marketing landing pages, online banking promotions, press releases and social media.
    • Manages and drives the email marketing program including creation, testing and analysis of all emails, vendor management and best practices.
    • Acts as primary email administrator, including ensuring quality email execution using data and email or marketing automation tools and systems. Role includes coding and quality assurance, reporting and monitoring.
    • Act as Search Engine Marketing (SEM) internal subject matter expert, optimizing investments on an ongoing basis and launching new campaigns to support seasonal and ad-hoc promotions. May collaborate and co-manage agency partners in SEM over time.
    • Analyzes Search Engine Optimization (SEO) findings and implements changes to benefit marketing and communications efforts.
    • Identifies and tests new marketing opportunities to drive user engagement as it relates to lead generation, customer acquisition and conversion. Familiarity in A/B multivariant testing.
    • Implement Exchange Bank’s social media strategy, including ideation and recommendations of social media engagement content.
    • Oversee, write and update content for regular updates for corporate website and social media.
    • Coordinate with internal marketing team members to plan and support campaigns, providing consistency in voice and cultivating an engaged social community.
    • Report various social media metrics using a variety of digital analytics and media tracking tools.
    • Review insights from data to optimize current campaigns and make recommendations around future campaigns.
    • Reply to comments and messages and report issues and complaints to other teams.
    • Remain up to date with best practices for digital marketing, including social media, new social media networks and features.

  • Marketing/Communications:
    • Support product and marketing team in fulfillment of individual and departmental requests
    • Communicate with other areas of the Bank to implement and keep marketing campaigns on track.
    • Provide marketing support for Bank and related community events.
    • Develop internal and external communications in support of product and marketing team.
    • Research industry related events, publications, and announcements and identify opportunities for involvement.
  • Non-Essential Functions:
    • Perform special projects and research as assigned.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of web publishing
  • Proficiency with SEO tools
  • Experience managing social media presence, engaging with followers, and running paid advertising campaigns
  • Strong understanding of online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
  • Exceptional skills in marketing, writing content creation, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audeinces
  • Analytical and data-driven thinking with experience in measuring and reporting on campaign performance
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Google Analytics Certification a plus
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience AND 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated skills in content marketing, SEO, email marketing, web publishing, and Google Analytics.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist and turn. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally. Indoor office work environment with most of the time sitting at a desk.

Compensation

The hiring range for this position is to $30.70 to $43.00 per hour. The compensation offered will fall within this range, commensurate with the candidate's applicable experience, education and skills.
